Spherical Washers

Spherical washers help create uniform loading for the nut and mounting surface.  Bill Spitzer & Associates utilizes fully hardened steel washers, which decreases the likelihood of cracking in lieu of commercially available solutions.  The spherical design allows up to 7° of misalignment to distribute the loading uniformly.  The high-grade washer material removes bolt bending and decreases bolt fatigue in the thread root.
