MOBILE OFF-ROAD EQUIPMENT

Overview

In the never-stop mining and aggregate industry world, equipment and machinery operate in demanding conditions.  Auto Lube systems have been a part of these industries for over 50 years, contributing to improved uptime, lowering repair costs, increased productivity, and improved safety of personnel. The market learned that when equipment pins and bushings are re-lubricated in a timely and repeatable manner, there is a measurable return in lowering operating costs. This success is now filtering down to Construction industry, where the industry has been steadily adopting auto lube as an alternative method to manual re-lubrication. Construction Equipment Managers and Owners now realize it can be an affordable tool to help increase productivity, lower operating costs, and improve safety.

Bill Spitzer & Associates has been successfully designing, installing, and servicing auto lube systems on off road equipment for over 30 years. Let our knowledge, experience, and service commitment go to work for you.

Key Components

  • Pump Stations

    • Lincoln FlowMaster II CentroMatic Pump Packages

      • Typically installed on large production machinery using injector technology

      • 20-year track record of proven in the harshest environments

      • Large capacity reservoirs available: 35 lb., 60 lb., 90 lb. and 120 lb.

      • Available power-driven options, Hydraulic, VDC, VAC, and compressed air

    • Lincoln P653S CentroMatic Pump Station

      • Typically installed on medium to large production machines using injector technology

      • Offers great value if choosing an injector-based system

      • Integrated controllers, low level monitoring, large reservoir options, rugged design

      • The pump offers flexibility and a reliable, a proven solution for any size machine

      • 24 VDC, 12 VDC, 120 VAC power options

    • Lincoln P203 Quicklub Pump Station

      • Typically installed on small to mid-size machinery

      • Versatile, compact, proven, and economical

      • Integrated controls, low-level monitoring, and system monitoring

      • 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 95-230 VAC power options

  • Metering Devices

    • Lincoln SL-1, SL-V and SL-V XL Injectors

      • Proven technology for over 70 years in the most rugged environments

      • Lubrication output to any point can be adjusted “on the fly”

      • Each injector works independently of the next, never a total system shutdown if a point becomes blocked

      • Very flexible in adding or subtracting lube points

    • Lincoln SSV Divider Valves

      • The block design ensures each point is getting a measured shot of lubricant, every time

      • The system can be manually cycled from the convenience of one point, typically located on the pump or primary valve

      • Divider valves are available with cycle indicator pins to provide visual indication of operation, an easy check on a system’s performance

      • With advanced monitoring, a proximity switch mounted on one block sends a signal to the pump when the system has completed a lubrication event, another validation that each pin and bushing is receiving a measured shot of lubricant

  • Controls

    • Integrated Controls

      • P203 and P653S both come equipped with internal programmable controllers

      • Integrated controls help lower the cost and simplify the system

    • Lincoln Model 85307 External Controller, 24 VDC

      • Compact size and monitoring capabilities allow to be used in several different applications

      • User friendly and easy to program

      • Can be mounted in the cab for verification of system operation and low level
