ITW PRC-100 Cementitious Grout

ITW PRC-100 is our non-shrink cementitious grout, which meets or exceeds all requirements of the Corps of Engineers CRD C-621 and ASTM C-1107.    

PRC-100 is a cement based grouting solution for many applications as anchor bolts, baseplates, columns, dowel, skid filling, damp packing, and many others.  Depending on the situation, there are three engineered consistencies to utilize the cementitious grout for placement: plastic, flowable, and fluid.  PRC-100 incorporates shrinkage compensating, mid-range water reducing, and polycarboxylate admixtures to enhance performance in the field.       

PRC-100 is a versatile cement grout, which exceeds 11,000 psi compressive strength (ASTM C-109) and is available in super sacks (3,000 lbs.).  PRC-100 meets or exceeds PIP STS 03600 specification.
