Meet Ray Dolan, our Senior Manager, Special Projects aficionado! With 8 years of dedication at Bill Spitzer, Ray's career spans decades, including a remarkable 39 years as the District Sales Manager for SKF Lincoln. His journey has been intertwined with BSA since its inception in 1978 when he assisted in setting up BSA and worked with us as the factory representative for 38 years in supporting the development of our lubrication business!
Ray's day to day is a dynamic blend of supporting the Sales and Service Team, offering training, business development, technical support, and project management expertise. His favorite part about working at BSA is the camaraderie, professional environment, and shared commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
For Ray, the most rewarding aspect is the wealth of knowledge gained from his colleagues at BSA, fostering continuous improvement. Now, he pays it forward by mentoring and training our sales team members, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
With over 40 years of experience, Ray is not just a seasoned professional but a valuable asset in business development, mentoring, and training. He plays a pivotal role in supporting both newer and seasoned team members, emphasizing the importance of details in projects, customer training, and application support.
Outside the office, Ray finds joy in family moments and can't turn down anyone who asks to play a round of golf.
