  • Bill Spitzer & Associates has coatings engineered specifically to protect steel from corrosion or erosion issues including structural steel, piping, storage tank exteriors, machinery, and more.  Corrosion naturally and commonly occurs when oxygen and moisture react with metals from atmospheric exposure.  Steel and other metals form oxides when exposed to the atmosphere like rainfall, airborne chemical pollutants, humidity, and salt water.

Our industrial coating products can be utilized in a variety of industrial settings: refineries, pulp & paper mills, chemical processing, manufacturing, power generation, fertilizer plants, mining, and sewage treatment plants. Bill Spitzer & Associates coating solutions are environmentally safe for water storage tanks and strong enough for alkalis and dilute acids.

  • Bill Spitzer & Associates offers a variety of tank exterior coating systems that provide outstanding weathering and anti-corrosion performance.  Our products are available in a variety of colors and the high-gloss coatings delivers a smooth and durable finish that resists corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure.  The tank coatings are easy to use and can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed.

Our exterior tank coatings have proven resistance to abrasion and inclement weather conditions.  Bill Spitzer & Associates goal is to offer tank coating products that give high performance and cost effectiveness.  Tanks are built to last a long time and that makes selecting an appropriate coating for your tank a key priority.

  • Bill Spitzer & Associates provides a wide variety of tank lining systems that are made to handle high temperatures and chemical exposures.  These tank lining solutions are a great fit for food, beverage, chemical, and power plants.  Engineered to have exceptional bonding attributes, our tank linings are ideal for constant immersion service.

Our linings can be installed quickly and easily to provide the long-lasting performance required and desired.  Trowel or spray applied, these tank lining systems have a quick turnaround time that are convenient for repair, maintenance, or new construction projects.

  • Bill Spitzer & Associates has a variety of secondary containment lining systems for various applications.  These product solutions are beneficial for long-term service life, excellent chemical resistance, high early strengths, and abrasion resistance.  Depending on the application, our solutions offer chemical resistance to 98% sulfuric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid, 65% nitric, 70% sulfuric, and other harsh environments and concentrations.  These containment systems typically are novolac, vinyl ester, or other specialized technologies.

While primary and secondary containments might be initially thought as the only containment systems, they are not the only places linings are used.  Our products also guard and preserve concrete floors, walls, trenches, and sumps in risk of chemical attack.

  • Bill Spitzer & Associates food process flooring products were created to resist a wide array of cleaning solutions and chemicals for dairies, bakeries, meat processing, poultry processing, breweries, canneries, and soda manufacturing.  Our flooring products were designed to meet safety guidelines and government standards.  We have flooring products right for the temperature extremes in the food processing industry, from intense heat in a commercial oven to the cold temperatures in coolers and freezers.  Moreover, our products can cure quickly after applying and this decreases maintenance down time.

Our food process flooring products provide food and beverage companies with surfaces that are impact and shock resistant, which can also provide the highest level of hygiene to meet FDA standards. The versatile flooring products are easily installed for several surfaces: vertical walls, curbs, pads, and trench walls. Bill Spitzer & Associates food process flooring products are straightforward to use and are available in a variety of colors to meet aesthetic and safety needs.

  • Bill Spitzer & Associates has industrial sealant systems for maintenance repairs and new construction. Our sealant systems are resistant to shrinkage, aging, thermal stress, outdoor exposure, and most chemicals. These systems are used to fill interior cracks, expansion joints, or new construction jointing, which are extremely versatile and durable. The epoxy sealant has 200% elongation and polysulfide elastomeric sealant has 450% to 550% elongation. Bill Spitzer & Associates industrial sealant systems are recommended for metal and concrete joints, stitch welds, expansion joints, stress crack repairs, secondary containment structures, bolted tanks, and dissimilar material joints.

  • Bill Spitzer & Associates provides protective wax tapes for a variety of uses such as above ground, below ground, and high temperature corrosion prevention.  The protective tape system is a great solution when needing to protect bare or coated surfaces from various industry conditions or when abrasive blasting or painting is impractical.  The installation is straightforward and the protective tape resists weathering and UV light for hard to reach areas, odd shapes, uneven surfaces, or general pipe repairs.  The tapes and wraps are available in a variety of sizes and colors for hot or cold temperatures.  The protective tape systems can be painted, and the durability of our tape resists the corrosive effects of chemicals found in industrial plants.
