Pat McLemore: Vice President of Products and Support
Our Vice President of Products and Support, Pat McLemore, has climbed our business ladder and been with us for 34 years! On a typical day you can find him doing lubrication system design and technical drawings, supporting sales efforts, technical support to customers (phone/email), lubrication processes/design/improvement, and gathering content for our social media.
Q: What is your favorite part about working at Bill Spitzer & Associates?
A: Every day there are new challenges which keeps things interesting and educational. The creative atmosphere and positive culture that exists in this organization - and the people it has attracted to join us. Being afforded the opportunity to provide solutions to our customer's problems, and the appreciation shown for those efforts.
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your specific role?
A: My daily interaction with customers - many of which we have worked together for decades. We have the best customers and getting that phone call for some guidance and assistance with an issue, speaks to our reputation and our relationship.
Pat enjoys making sawdust (woodworking) in his free time, going to live music events and wineries with his Bride, and seeing his first grandbaby!
