With over 20 years of experience in electrical, controls, and automation, Juan Salas brings a deep technical background and problem-solving expertise to Bill Spitzer & Associates. Holding a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and an Associate’s in Electronics Engineering, Juan specializes in designing, programming, and building control panels that integrate programmable relays, PLCs, and HMIs. His role encompasses everything from AutoCAD design and wiring diagrams to hands-on panel assembly, testing, and aftermarket support.
Juan thrives in a dynamic work environment, where every day presents a new challenge. Whether troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers, or collaborating on innovative projects, he enjoys the variety and problem-solving opportunities his role offers. The ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish brings a sense of fulfillment and drives his passion for excellence.
