Meet Jesus Perez, our Pump Shop Technician! With 8 months under his belt at BSA, Jesus brings a unique background from his days as an overnight manager at Walmart and repairing submersible and above-ground water pumps to his current role. Specializing in repairing submersible and above-ground water pump systems, Jesus's typical day involves disassembling pumps, troubleshooting issues, and building various components like SL-V injectors and divider block systems.
His favorite part about working at BSA? "I really enjoy learning. Taking on new challenges, especially with equipment that hasn't been in the shop for years, is what I thrive on. It's all about gaining experience and broadening my skills." The most rewarding aspect of his job is the knowledge he gains on how to complete different tasks. Every day is a chance to learn something new. Jesus is passionate about learning and always eager to experience new opportunities. He takes on a variety of tasks and jobs, even those others might shy away from.
