Connor Spitzer: CEO

Meet Connor Spitzer, our dedicated and dynamic CEO, who has been an integral part of the company for almost 12 years, although the origin of his story with BSA goes back much further.

As a child, Connor watched his grandfather, Bill Spitzer, pour his heart and soul into founding and building BSA, until his father, Corbin, took over in 1995. Today, Connor carries on the family legacy as the third-generation Owner & CEO of BSA. A true leader with a passion for customer service and team building, Connor has a unique background that has shaped his approach to business.

Connor's journey began at Texas A&M University, where he pursued his undergraduate degree in business management. He then honed his expertise further by obtaining a master's degree in finance and gained valuable experience in the natural gas trading industry.

As the CEO of Bill Spitzer & Associates, Connor's days are anything but typical. He thrives on interacting with everyone within the company, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Moving fluidly from one department to another, he ensures employees have the resources they need to deliver exceptional customer care. Connor believes his versatility allows him to tackle obstacles creatively and strategically, strengthening the company's competitive edge.

Connor finds immense satisfaction in carrying on the family legacy while simultaneously creating something new that aligns with his unique strengths. Building personal relationships with each team member fosters a positive work culture here at BSA. A great source of pride for him is building a cohesive team that shares his values and trusts his leadership. Witnessing the growth and prosperity of the business based on his core belief of prioritizing customer service is one of Connor’s most rewarding experiences.

Beyond his dedication to BSA, Connor's heart lies with his love for sports. He embraces an active lifestyle, finding joy in various sports activities. Apart from that, his wife and three children keep him happily occupied outside the office.
